About the Process

Full Body Dye sublimation printing is a full colour, that allows you to print your own design all over the garment. Once you have created your design online and completed the order process, we will complete a ready for print files and supply you an approval mock-up and details for you to sign off. Once the approval step is completed, we will send your art work off, the print ready files will be printed onto a sheet of specialty paper with specialty ink that has been designed for the Dye Sublimation process. The paper is transferred onto the polyester fabric using heat and pressure. The Dye Sublimation process is where the ink at a set temperature turns from a solid into a gas (without going through the liquid stage) the pores of the polyester open up at a set temperature and the gas permeates the pores of the fabric. Once the heat is removed design is locked into the material. The Dye Sublimation process dyes the fabric so you have a soft hand feel and print has a longevity that is superior to any other printing process on Polyester. The fabric is then cut by the pattern cutters and then sewn together. Once the garments have been created they will be shipped to us and then sent out to you.

Minimum Order

With Dye Sublimation there are Minimums, 10+ is our smallest order quantity available.The more you buy the cheaper it gets the price breaks are as follows, 10-20, 21-50, 50-100, 100+. All pricing is automatically applied as you order your apparel.

Time Frames

From the order to approval stage is usually 3-5 Business days. How long it takes you to approve the design is up to you, please be aware that major changes at this stage can occur costs. Once the Approval is received the printing time is 3-5 weeks. Delivery time is dependent on your location and the quantity of the order. Major Cities will have quicker delivery times than regional Australia. Please allow the required time plus a little extra, we are unable to speed up the printing time as this is out of our hands.

Cancelling an Order

Once the order has been received there will be a cancellation fee for any cancelled orders, we will incur costs once the process starts, we have to pass these costs on if an order is cancelled. The later into the process the greater the cancellation cost will be. You can find if the cancellation comes after the printing process has been complete the cost of cancelling could be as high as 90% of the cost.

The Fabric used

The process is done on 100% Polyester with moisture drawing technology, this is designed to keep you dryer and cooler in the appropriate temperature and humidity.

Colour Reproduction

The Colours that are printed with Dye Sublimation are bright and vibrant, as long as the supplied art is of a high quality and is bright and vivid. Poor art can lead to poor quality printing. Our customers need to supply quality artwork as we do not recreate artwork for you. Colours may change slightly through the printing process and the online designer and mock-ups are for indication only.

Sample Prints
